Former AEW Champion Confronts Jon Moxley On Dynamite
The night was off to a fast start as AEW Dynamite began with the Don Callis Family making their presence known on the show right from the beginning.
The first match of the night saw Rocky Romero represent the Family as he took on Kenny Omega, but ultimately lost to the Cleaner. Don Callis then interrupted Omega later on and was chased backstage by the former World Champion.
The next match saw Jon Moxley stretch his winning streak to nine matches tonight as he defeated Ace Austin, before being confronted by a former AEW Champion.
Konosuke Takeshita sets his sights on the AEW Continental Championship
As Moxley was celebrating his win against Austin, he was confronted by another member of the Don Callis Family, Konosuke Takeshita. The former AEW International Champion looked for a shot at the title.
The Death Riders have been feuding with the Don Callis Family, and as Takeshita left the ring after making his intentions known to Mox, the champion was attacked by Mark Davis and Jake Doyle of the Family.
Just as Konosuke Takeshita went face-to-face with @jonMoxley, @TheDonCallis sent Davis + Doyle to attack the AEW Continental Champion!

It was interesting to see that while Mox was being attacked by two members of the Don Callis Family, no one from the Death Riders came to his rescue which only intensified rumors of there being tensions withtin the group.
