AEW Dynamite Sees Debuting Superstar Suffer Major Loss To Jon Moxley
AEW kicked off tonight in Austin, Texas, with an entertaining match as Kenny Omega took on Rocky Romero of the Don Callis Family as he continued on his path towards the AEW World Championship.
Following Omega’s win over Romero, the next match of the night saw another former World Champion in action. The AEW Continental Champion, Jon Moxley, carried the night forward.
He competed in another Championship Eliminator match and faced the Bang Bang Gang’s Ace Austin, who was making his debut on Dynamite, having been competing on ROH for the last few months.

The two men competed in a hard-hitting match where either of them took control of the fight at various moments in time. It was an important match for both, as a win or even a time limit draw for Austin would earn him a shot at the title.
Moxley came into the bout on an eight-match winning streak and managed to increase his streak after he defeated the Bang Bang Gang member, despite a valiant effort from him.

He picked up the win by hitting him with a surprise cutter and followed that up with a Paradigm Shift on Ace Austin and continued on his rampage.
