Damian Priest Spills The Beans On Real-Life Relationship With Major Female WWE Star
Damian Priest has opened up about his real-life relationship.
Damian Priest has come a long way in his WWE career. He first started in NXT, as most new signees do. During his time on the black and silver brand, Priest found a lot of success and even won the NXT North American Championship.
After delivering several consistent performances in NXT, he was finally called up to the main roster. This is where Damian Priest got to shine as a member of Judgment Day. Priest ended up winning the Money in the Bank briefcase and then successfully cashed it in to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Since leaving Judgment Day, Priest has been floundering a bit to regain the World Title. Currently, he is in a tag team with R-Truth, and they are the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions. Outside the ring, Damian Priest is in a relationship with Lola Vice. Although WWE has not openly acknowledged their relationship on TV, the couple have been open about their relationship.
Damian Priest says his relationship with Lola Vice is easy because she is also a wrestler
During a recent interview with Chris D Comedy, Damian Priest was asked how he managed his relationship with Lola Vice considering their busy schedules. Priest replied that although they don’t have the same schedule, they coincide sometimes.
“So she’s a wrestler, too. So we don’t have the same exact schedule, but sometimes they coincide. And that’s cool because then it’s just easier, you know, we’re just around.”
Priest further elaborated that Lola understands the nature of the business because she is part of the same industry. This is what separates them from other couples.
“But it comes with it. And I think it’s easier because she’s in the business and she understands because she’s doing it. So it’s the same thing. She goes on the road and I’m home and I don’t see her like she’s away. So it’s kind of cool because I understand.
So we don’t have that issue that I would think other couples would have where it’s like, ‘Well, you’re never home.’ It’s like, well, this is the job. At least she gets it. And when we do have time together, we’re perfectly happy. You know what I mean?” [H/T Ringside News]
It remains to be seen what’s next for Damian Priest.
