Controversial Finish To WWE Women’s Money In The Bank Qualifier

With Money In The Bank only days away, the women’s ladder match got its final participant as Trish Stratus took on Raquel Rodriguez on Raw.

Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, IYO SKY, Shotzi, Zoey Stark, and Bayley had already earned their way into the ladder match which will take place on July 1st in London, England. One more spot was available for the bout as WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus took on former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Raquel Rodriguez.

That match took place in Cleveland, Ohio on Raw and saw Stratus compete in her first singles match on WWE’s red brand in twelve years.

With the referee distracted, it should come as no surprise that Zoey Stark interjected herself to help her mentor Stratus but this only drew out Becky Lynch who took Stark out. Unfortunately for Raquel Rodriguez, Lynch also attacked Trish Stratus causing the disqualification which earned Stratus the last spot in Money In The Bank.
