Congratulations To WWE NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo
Tony D’Angelo is taking a breather from his ‘evil’ rivalry with Naraku to celebrate a personal milestone.
D’Angelo, who is the current WWE NXT Champion, has become a father to a baby boy.
In February, his wife, Isabella Borini, revealed via an Instagram post that the couple was expecting their first child. They have been married since 2024.
Tony D’Angelo took to Instagram to not only share a few pictures with his newborn son, but also reveal his name: Vincenzo James Ariola.

His WWE peers, such as Jacy Jayne, Thea Hail, Otis, Arianna Grace, Bronson Reed, Kendal Grey, and Lola Vice, to name a few, wrote congratulatory messages on the post.
Tony D’Angelo Returned To WWE In December 2025
For the majority of 2025, Tony D’Angelo was still the leader of The D’Angelo Family, which had been falling apart.
At April’s Stand & Deliver PLE, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo turned on D’Angelo. Subsequently, Luca Crisifino left the group, too, resulting in a 3-way match between them on the July 15 edition of NXT.
Tony secured a victory in the high-stakes bout, which not only ended their feud but also disbanded the stable.
A couple of weeks later, he was featured in a vignette, where he teased retiring his “Don” gimmick after being confronted by a shadowy figure.
Tony D’Angelo did not appear on NXT television for the next several months before returning at Deadline.
He began chasing the NXT Championship. Along the way, he avenged a previous beatdown on him by DarkState.
At the 2026 Stand & Deliver, he defeated Joe Hendry, Ricky Saints, and Ethan Page to become the NXT Champion for the first time. The title win also established him as the first NXT Grand Slam Champion.
The 31-year-old is currently involved in a personal rivalry with Naraku. The two wrestlers last squared off at NXT Great American Bash, where D’Angelo defeated the Japanese wrestler to retain his title.
Despite D’Angelo trying to move on, Naraku announced on the latest NXT episode that he was not yet done with the champion before proclaiming that there was more pain and torture in his future.
