This is WWE NXT Stand & Deliver, featuring five big title matches, including Joe Hendry facing Ricky Saints, Ethan Page and Tony D’Angelo, plus a Jacy Jayne-Kendal Grey-Lola Vice triple threat match, and a whole lot more.

NXT Stand & Deliver is the second WWE NXT PLE of the year, following a great Vengeance Day PLE last month. Stand & Deliver has been a WrestleMania weekend show in the past, but they moved it two weeks earlier this year, which makes it stand out on its own. I like the move because there’s just too much going on during WrestleMania weekend, so I think this is a good move for WWE.

There was a Countdown Show match, which I didn’t see. Here’s the result: Hank and Tank (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger), Shiloh Hill, EK Prosper, and Wren Sinclair defeated Birth Right (Lexis King, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey, Uriah Connors, and Arianna Grace). Shiloh Hill hit a popup neckbreaker on Charlie Dempsey for the win.

Fans in the US can watch Stand & Deliver on WWE’s YouTube channel, while international fans, like myself in Canada, can watch on Netflix. Let’s get to it.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver
From The Factory at the District in St. Louis, Missouri
Saturday, April 4, 2026

The NXT boss man, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels, made his entrance to welcome us to the show. There were “HBK” chants. Michaels said that championships will be decided, rivalries will be decided, and NXT will take this place to a whole new level. Michaels introduced hip hop recording artist and St. Louis’ own Sexyy Red as the host. Red welcomed us to the show. Michaels said if you’re not down with Stand & Deliver, we’ve got two words for ya…Red: “Suck it.”

Analysis: I don’t know any Sexyy Red songs, but she’s been on NXT before. She barely said anything here.

A video package aired to set up the show. Well done as usual.

There was pre-show walking shown of Joe Hendry, Ethan Page, Ricky Saints, Tony D’Angelo, Sol Ruca and Zaria, who was seated in the arena.

The NXT Women’s Title match was up first, so Kendal Grey and Lola Vice were shown walking backstage. A video package aired to set up the match.

It was Vic Joseph on commentary with Booker T as usual. Mike Rome was the ring announcer.

Lola Vice was up first as one half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. Kendal Grey was next as a rising star with her best friend, WWE Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair, by her side.

Jacy Jayne was shown walking in the backstage area as the NXT Women’s Champion, while they showed highlights of her NXT run as a two-time champion. Jayne walked out with her Fatal Influence allies Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. There was a ramp from the backstage area connected to the ring, so there won’t be dives on that side of the ring.

NXT Women’s Championship: Jacy Jayne (w/Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid) vs. Lola Vice vs. Kendal Grey (w/Wren Sinclair)

There are no countouts and no disqualifications in WWE triple threat matches. The first pinfall or submission wins.

The babyfaces Grey and Vice worked together to kick Jayne out of the ring. Grey and Vice went for pins on eachother and then Jayne went into the ring to go for a pin attempt of her own. Jayne kicked out of a Grey pin and sent Grey out of the ring. Grey hit an elbow on Vice. Grey hit a double dropkick to knock both opponents down. Jayne pulled Grey out of the ring and sent Grey into the steel steps. Vice jumped off the apron with a senton onto Jayne on the floor. Vice kicked Jayne in the back for a two count. Vice punched Jayne in the ribs. Henley distracted Vice, so Vice went after her and Jayne hit a Backstabber double knee attack for two count. The screen went black for a moment so a body part may have been exposed, but the match continued. Grey got back into it with a cross body block on Jayne, but Jayne rolled through for a two count. Jayne hit a double knee attack on Grey’s ribs. Vice knocked down Jayne for a two count. Jayne was back up with a dropkick and a cannonball on both opponents. Jayne hit a superkick on Grey for two. Grey got a rollup on Jayne for two and Jayne hit a clothesline for two. Reid grabbed Vice’s foot, so Jayne hit a neckbreaker by the ropes. Grey rolled up Jayne for two. Jayne rolled through a pin attempt and kicked Grey. Jayne hit a senton splash on Grey’s back. Jayne went up top, Grey went after her and Vice hit a Powerbomb out of the corner in a Tower of Doom spot and Vice got two counts on both opponents. Vice worked over both opponents with her barrage of kicks. Vice did her running butt splash on both opponents twice. Vice hit a belly-to-back suplex on Jayne. Grey hit a German Suplex on Vice. Grey pulled the straps down and was fired up. Grey hit two Exploder Suplexes in a row and a German Suplex on Jayne. Grey hit a German Suplex on Vice. Jayne hit a knee on Grey for two because Vice made the save.

Jayne and Vice exchanged strikes, which led to Jayne hitting a roundhouse kick to the head. Vice avoided a charging attack by Jayne and Vice hit a spin kick on Jayne for two because Grey made the save. Grey blocked a kick by Vice, but Vice was able to use her other foot for another kick. Jayne pulled Vice out of the ring and hit a running kick on Vice. Jayne was grabbing the right foot after that and Grey tripped up Jayne with an Ankle Lock. The screen was black because of Jayne getting exposed in her gear and Jayne fixed. Grey had Jayne in an Ankle Lock and then Vice went into the ring with a Dragon Sleeper on Grey. After Grey got out of that, Vice applied a Guillotine headlock, but Jayne was back in with a running knee. Jayne went for the Rolling Encore, Grey avoided it and hit a back fist on Jayne. Grey took down Vice with an armbar, but then Vice was back up a back fist to knock Grey down. Jayne covered Grey with an arm on the chest and Vice put Grey’s boot on the bottom rope to break up the pin at two. The screen was black again because Jayne was having a wardrobe malfunction. Wren Sinclair jumped onto Henley and Reid on the floor. They went fighting into the crowd and to the back. Grey jumped off the top wit ha moonsault onto both opponents on the floor. Grey jumped off the top wit ha Shades of Grey flatliner for two because Vice made the save. Vice went for a sleeper on Grey, but Grey got out of that. Jayne hit Rolling Encore on Grey and Jayne turned around right into a Vice back fist for the pinfall win! The match went 16:15. New NXT Women’s Champion!

Winner by pinfall AND NEW NXT Women’s Champion: Lola Vice

Analysis: ****1/4 That was a great triple threat match full of action and I’m going over four stars for it. It was a match full of nearfalls by all three women. All three women kept going for the win and that makes it exciting because it tells the fans they are going for the win, as they should. There were moments where all three women looked like they would win. I picked Kendal Grey to win, but I wrote in the preview that I wouldn’t be shocked if Lola Vice won since she’s been in NXT longer than Grey and improved a lot, so rewarding Vice for that is certainly fine with me. Jacy Jayne’s wardrobe malfunction will probably get some attention because she had to adjust her outfit throughout the match, and there was the dreaded black screen because of it, but they got through it all. A title change was the right call here because Jayne had two long reigns as champion and it was time to put the gold on somebody else.

Lola Vice celebrated with the NXT Women’s Title.

Analysis: I’m happy for her. It’s been a long journey for Vice, and she’s improved a lot. She deserves it.

They went to commercials for about two minutes, so I got the “We’ll Be Right Back” moving images.

A video aired about Kali Armstrong coming to NXT. She has been great in Evolve and should do very well in NXT, too.

NXT Tag Team Championships: The Vanity Project – Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes (w/Jackson Drake) vs. Los Americanos – Rayo & Bravo (w/El Grande Americano)

Los Americanos are babyfaces in NXT. Rayo is Pete Dunne, and Bravo is Tyler Bate, while El Grande Americano is Ludwig Kaiser on the floor.

It was Rayo and Bravo in control early on as Rayo kicked Baylor in the chest. After a distraction from Smokes, Baylor hit a clothesline on Bravo. Bravo broke free and brought in Rayo, who hit a seated senton off the top. Rayo hit a moonsault on Baylor for a two count. Smokes got the tag and hit a Spear on Rayo. When they battled by the turnbuckle, Rayo hit a sunset flip Powerbomb on Smokes. Baylor got the tag and hit a suplex onto the knee for two. Rayo hit a backdrop suplex on Baylor. Smokes was back in with a double foot stomp on Rayo’s back. TVP hit a dropkick/spinebuster combo for a two count. Rayo broke free and Bravo got the tag with a cross body block. Bravo hit a back body drop on both opponents. Baylor avoided a Bravo move and kicked Bravo in the back. Bravo used his power to hit a double back body drop. Bravo picked up Smokes and spun him around with a neckbreaker. Rayo hit a Michinoku Driver after a dropkick from Bravo for a two count. Smokes sent Rayo into the turnbuckle. Baylor hit a spinning slam on Rayo, while Smokes hit a suicide dive on Bravo on the floor. Great sequence there as Baylor got a two count. Rayo hit an enziguri kick, but Baylor came back with a kick to the ribs. Rayo hit an Explex for a two count. Grande handed Bravo the metal object that Bravo put under his mask. Bravo tagged in, a charge didn’t work and Smokes kicked him. TVP hit a double team suplex on Bravo for two as Rayo made the save. The fans chanted, “This is awesome” for them. Smokes took the metal object out of Bravo’s mask. Rayo gave Baylor a Powerbomb on the apron. Smokes went up top, Bravo tripped up Smokes on the turnbuckle and Rayo hit a hurricanrana. Bravo hit a top rope Superfly Splash, and Rayo hit a top rope Superfly Splash for a two count on Smokes.

Smokes hit a backhand slap on Rayo and Rayo kicked Smokes. Baylor snapped Rayo’s fingers (a Pete Dunne move), and then Rayo came back with a clothesline. Bravo was back in with a clothesline and a suicide dive onto Smokes on the floor. Rayo hit the Bitter End slam on Baylor for a two count. Great nearfall there. Drake was handed the metal object, so Grande hit him with a headbutt. Baylor hit a somersault dive onto Grande on the floor. Rayo and Bravo hit superkicks on Baylor. Smokes shoved Rayo off the top to the floor. The referee was distracted by the TVP guys, so Drake hit Bravo with a forearm and the referee never saw that. TVP hit a reverse DDT/double foot stomp by Smokes on Bravo for the pinfall win at 13:28

Winners by pinfall: The Vanity Project – Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes

Analysis: ***1/2 A very good tag team match to give TVP the win as they kept the titles. Drake’s cheap shot that the referee never saw was the difference in the match, while Los Americanos were unable to use their dreaded metal object to win the match. While I like Los Americanos a lot as a team, I didn’t expect a title change here since TVP won the titles recently, and I think they’ll hold them for at least a few months. Baylor and Smokes feel like they are more experienced than they really are. They are really impressive for their age and experience level. I miss Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate wrestling as themselves, but they are very entertaining as Rayo and Bravo, especially as babyfaces.

There were highlights of the 10-person mixed tag team from the Countdown Show. Shiloh Hill hit a lifting neckbreaker on Charlie Dempsey to win for the babyface team.

Shiloh Hill was backstage talking to his buddy Tatum Paxley, who is the NXT Women’s North American Champion. Hill said that Blake Monroe is scared of her and Paxley is leaving with the title. Sexyy Red said hi to them, and Ricky Saints walked in. Ricky said that after he wins, Red can hang with him. Ricky left.

There were commercials for about two minutes again.

A Sol Ruca/Zaria video package aired ahead of their match up next. They were the best of friends for over a year, Zaria got jealous and turned on her friend. That sets them up for this match.

Zaria vs. Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca went after Zaria before the match began and then the referee rang the bell. The action spilled to the floor quickly as Sol went for a moonsault on the floor, but Zaria avoided it. Zaria sent Sol into the steel steps. Zaria hit a back body drop. Zaria choked Sol by the turnbuckle. Zaria jumped off the turnbuckle and Sol hit a superkick to the chest. Zaria used her power to hit a fallaway slam across the ring. Zaria hit Sol with knees to the ribs. Zaria kicked Sol in the back to send her into the mat. Zaria went for a back body drop, Sol rolled through and Sol hit a double foot stomp to the ribs. Zaria tripped up Sol, but Sol came back with a dropkick. Zaria hit a knee to the face to stop Sol’s momentum. Zaria hit a German Suplex across the ring. Zaria was seated on the top turnbuckle and Sol hit a jumping kick to stun her opponent. Sol hit a hurricanrana off the top. Sol and Zaria exchanged strikes, leading to Sol slapping Zaria repeatedly and Sol hit two elbows. Sol hit a release German Suplex. Sol hit a missile dropkick off the turnbuckle. Zaria teased an F5, but Sol got out of it and they tried a spot to bump over the top to the floor. The spot didn’t go smoothly as Zaria went to the floor while Sol was on the apron. Sol went on the floor to send Zaria into the side of the ring three times, along with a clothesline. Back in the ring, Zaria blocked a Sol Snatcher attempt with a kick. Zaria charged at Sol, who moved and Zaria hit the steel ramp. Sol left the ring for the ramp, and Sol jumped off the ropes with a Sol Snatcher on the ramp. There was a loud “bang” noise as they hit the steel ramp. The fans chanted “Holy S**t” for them.

Sol was back up by the ropes, but Zaria was back up and tackled Sol through the ropes into the ring. Zaria tried a lift, but Sol got out of that because Zaria’s back was hurting, and Sol hit a Soul Snatcher for just a two count. That was a surprising kickout. Sol went for a springboard attack, but Zaria was ready with a Spear. Zaria said, “Goodbye, Sol,” and kissed Sol on the head. Zaria hit an F5 for just a two count. That meant that each woman kicked out of finishing moves. Zaria picked up Sol and Sol tried to talk to her, but Zaria came back with headbutts. Zaria picked up Sol, then Zaria carried Sol to the middle turnbuckle, but Sol broke free with elbows. Zaria was seated on the top while Sol headbutted her. Sol jumped off the top with an X-Factor and Sol hit a third Soul Snatcher for the pinfall win at 13:03.

Winner by pinfall: Sol Ruca

Analysis: ***1/2 An entertaining grudge match between the former best friends. Each woman kicked out of finishing moves, so then Sol Ruca had to hit a third Soul Snatcher to finally put away Zaria. Since it took a lot to put away Zaria, it puts over Zaria as a tough woman to beat. I picked Zaria to win the match because I thought it would have been a big win for her, and I feel like Sol Ruca is likely going to the main roster soon. I can see there being a rematch with a stipulation, and maybe Zaria wins in the future.

Lola Vice was backstage with the NXT Women’s Title when she saw NXT GM Robert Stone. Vice said she’s been dreaming about this moment for so long. Stone said Vice can celebrate on NXT this Tuesday. Sexyy Red congratulated Vice, and they did some booty shaking to celebrate.

Analysis: If you got it, might as well shake it. How’s that for analysis? You’re welcome.

The Myles Borne-Johnny Gargano match was next.

A commercial aired for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on Friday, April 17th.

They went to “We’ll Be Right Back” commercials for two minutes again.

NXT North American Championship: Myles Borne vs. Johnny Gargano (w/Candice LeRae)

The fans chanted “Johnny Wrestling” for Gargano. Borne is a babyface too, but the fans like Gargano as an NXT legend.

It was Borne getting some offense early with a shoulder tackle. After Gargano was knocked down, he stayed down almost like he was asleep. Gargano was back up with a hurricanrana and a dropkick. The fans chanted “Johnny Wrestling” again. Gargano clotheslined Borne out of the ring. Gargano hit a senton attack off the apron onto Borne on the floor. Gargano chopped Borne and then Borne shoved Gargano into the commentary table. Borne sent Gargano back-first into the ring post. Back in the ring, Borne sent Gargano into the turnbuckle two times. Borne hit a snap body slam for two. Borne hit a suplex for two. Borne hit a backbreaker and stretched Gargano across the knee. Gargano got a boot up and elbowed Borne in the head. Borne charged at Gargano, who moved and Borne hit the steel ring post. Gargano hit an enziguri kick. Gargano ran off the ramp and hit a Spear on Borne for a two count. Gargano trapped Borne against the turnbuckle and hit a superkick. Gargano hit a Sunset Bomb off the turnbuckle for a two count. Borne was on the floor, so Gargano hit a suicide dive on Borne on the floor. Back in the ring, Gargano was on the top and Borne hit a powerslam off the top for a two count.

Gargano and Borne exchanged punches. Gargano hit a step up enziguri, Borne hit a dropkick and Borne hit a German Suplex. Gargano kicked Borne in the head. Borne hit Gargano with a punch, followed by Borne slamming Gargano off the shoulders onto the knee. Gargano was on the ramp, so Borne jumped over the top with a clothesline on the ramp. They were by the apron, and Gargano hit a DDT by the apron. Gargano jumped over the top with the One Final Beat DDT for a two count. Gargano hit a superkick. Borne countered a move by Gargano and hit the Borne Again (Zig Zag) for a two count. Borne applied a Boston Crab submission near the ropes, Gargano turned out of it and got a pin attempt for two. Borne went for a pin attempt, Gargano kicked out, LeRae punched Borne (the referee never saw it) and Gargano got a rollup while grabbing tights for a two count. Gargano applied the Gargano Escape submission on the left arm/shoulder, and Borne was able to get his hand on the bottom rope. The fans booed that because they wanted Gargano to win. Gargano punched Borne and hit a superkick. Borne hit a forearm to the head. Borne jumped over the top with Borne Again and Borne hit a third Borne Again for the pinfall win at 14:35.

Winner by pinfall: Myles Borne

Analysis: ***3/4 Great match that saw the legendary NXT wrestler Johnny Gargano put over the younger guy Myles Borne in a big match to show that Borne is a key part of NXT’s future. It was fun to see the Johnny Takeover back in a big NXT singles match again, looking like he might win the title, but I didn’t expect a title change. Borne winning was the right move because again, it’s about building for the future, and it gives credibility to have Borne beat Gargano in a match like that. The finish was a bit flat because Borne’s still not that established as a champion and his finisher might not be known to some fans, but I thought it was the right way to end the match.

After the match, Myles Borne was in the ring celebrating his win. Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae were in the aisle. Dion Lennox from Darkstate showed up with a steel chair that he used to hit Borne in the back. Dion hit a sitout slam on the steel chair. Lennox stood tall over Borne to end it.

Analysis: There’s the next feud for Myles Borne with Dion Lennox coming for the NXT North American Title.

Sol Ruca was interviewed by Sarah Schreiber. Ruca said that she’s been in some big matches, but that was one of the toughest matches of her career. Sol mentioned going after championships and Izzi Dame interrupted to say she was going after the same thing that Ruca is going after.

The Tatum Paxley-Blake Monroe match was next.

A commercial aired for the WWE 2K26 video game.

There was a 2-minute “We’ll Be Right Back” break with the moving graphics.

Blake Monroe made her entrance while holding the NXT Women’s North American Title that is not hers.

A video package aired about Tatum Paxley in a creepy video, saying she’s taking back what belongs to her and smashing the doll that Blake pretends to be. The NXT Women’s North American Champion, Tatum Paxley, was next without her title. This was the second last match on the show.

NXT Women’s North American Championship: Tatum Paxley vs. Blake Monroe

I missed the first few minutes as Blake was in control. Paxley was selling her left shoulder early in the match, and Vic thinks she told the referee that she had separated her shoulder. Blake hit a dropkick to knock Paxley down. Paxley tried a kick, Blake blocked it and hit a German Suplex. Blake applied a Crossface submission on the left arm/shoulder of Paxley. Paxley broke free and hit an enziguri kick to the head. Paxley followed up with a kick and a German Suplex. Paxley hit a jumping kick and a flipping kick for a two count. Blake broke free with a kick and Slingblade neckbreaker. Paxley hit a superkick on Blake to put both women down. Blake and Paxley were both smiling as they exchanged kicks. Blake went to the apron and hit a kick to knock Paxley down. Blake went up top and Paxley hit another kick to the head. Paxley hit a superplex, a second suplex and a sitout suplex for a two count. Blake headbutted Paxley two times and a backdrop suplex. Blake went to the turnbuckle, but Paxley got a hold of her and hit a Powerbomb out of the corner. Blake was on the apron, she kicked Paxley and Blake hit a sunset flip Powerbomb on Paxley on the floor. That’s a brutal landing on the floor.

They were back in the ring as Blake hit a running knee for two. Blake pulled two turnbuckle pads off, and the referee tried to put them back on. Blake got a hold of the NXT Women’s NA Title and hit Paxley with the title. Blake hit a Death Valley Driver for a two count. Paxley got back into it by doing a flip off the top rope and landing on her feet. Paxley hit a rolling kick. Blake hit a headbutt that sent Paxley’s head into the exposed steel from the turnbuckle. Blake hit the Glamour Shot DDT for two. Paxley hit her Cemetery Drive flipping slam for the pinfall win at 13:19.

Winner by pinfall: Tatum Paxley

Analysis: ***1/4 A competitive match between two women who worked together well. They did a lot of big moves, and Paxley was selling her left shoulder early, but then she went away from it, and it wasn’t a factor in the second half of the match. I liked the spot with Blake hitting Paxley with the Women’s NA Title for the nearfall. Paxley winning was the obvious result since she recently won the title and there was no reason for her to lose it.

Dion Lennox was backstage with Darkstate. Lennox was happy about what he did. Saquon Shugars said that they didn’t fly all the way out here to watch Lennox on the show. Shugars said that it’s starting to feel like Lennox is all for himself. Shugars said they aren’t his lackeys. Shugars said when they first got together, Dion said they would be equals. Dion said he was right and he should have told them. Dion said he’s got a plan for all of them to eat. Dion said that they will go back to their roots and show the world what happens when Darkstate strikes. Shugars shook hands with Lennox and they left.

Jasper Troy was featured in a video talking about Keanu Carver and Josh Briggs. Troy said that destruction is the only result for them. Briggs said he’s the best big man in NXT. Briggs said when you come to NXT, you’ll get your ego checked by him. Carver said that nobody will swing on him and get away with it. Carver said this Tuesday, he’ll end Troy and Briggs.

This Tuesday on NXT:

* Josh Briggs vs. Jasper Troy vs. Keanu Carver

* Men’s Speed Tournament begins

* Sol Ruca vs. Izzi Dame

The main event of Stand & Deliver was next.

There was a 2-minute “We’ll Be Right Back” break with the moving graphics for the final time.

A video aired featuring Jelly Roll talking about his favorite WrestleMania. Jelly went with WrestleMania 18 when The Rock faced Hulk Hogan.

Tatum Paxley was backstage with the NXT Women’s North American Title as she celebrated with babyfaces like Hank, Tank, Shiloh Hill, and EK Prosper.

The Vanity Project was backstage celebrating their win. Blake Monroe walked up to them. Jackson Drake apologized for what happened to her. Drake asked if there was something they could do for her, and Blake said there was something they could do. Blake wanted a hairbrush. They left.

A video package aired about the NXT Title match with Joe Hendry defending against Ricky Saints, Ethan Page, and Tony D’Angelo.

It was Tony D’Angelo up first as the only man in this match who hasn’t been the NXT Champion. Tony has been the NXT North American, Tag Team Champion, and Heritage Cup Champion, but not the NXT Champion. Ricky Saints was up next as a man who is a former NXT Champion and is one of the biggest heels on the brand. Ethan Page was up next with my favorite theme song on the brand, and he had Canadian flags being waved for his entrance. I love that for my fellow Canadian. Joe Hendry was last as the popular NXT Champion, with the fans believing him as usual. Booker sang along with Joe’s song again.

NXT Championship: Joe Hendry vs. Ricky Saints vs. Ethan Page vs. Tony D’Angelo

There are no countouts and no disqualifications in a Fatal 4-Way match. The first pinfall or submission wins.

Page and Ricky worked together early, but Tony and Joe fought back with body slams on the heels. Tony and Joe exchanged strikes. Tony clotheslined Page out of the ring while Joe hit a suplex. Joe hit a neckbreaker on Tony. Joe tossed Ricky off his shoulders onto Tony. Joe hit Ricky with a delayed vertical suplex for two. Page bounced off the ropes with a kick on Joe. Ricky hit a belly-to-back suplex on Joe. Page and Ricky hit splashes on Joe against the turnbuckle. Ricky hit a jawbreaker on Joe, along with a kick and Page hit a powerslam on Joe. Page and Ricky hit a double suplex on Joe, but they couldn’t agree who would go for the cover. Page suplexed Ricky onto Page and Ricky yelled at Page for doing that. Page hit a knee attack and Ricky hit a running neckbreaker. Page and Ricky covered Joe at the same time for two. Ricky set up Joe on the top turnbuckle and Ricky hit a superplex. Page jumped off the top with a Superfly Splash on Ricky and Page said sorry to his friend, as Page covered Joe for two. Ricky was back up with a Spear on Page and he said sorry to Page. Tony hit a massive Spear on Ricky. Tony charged at Joe, who avoided it and Joe hit an Attitude Adjustment on Tony D. All four guys were down selling.

There was an impressive neckbreaker by Tony to break up a Boston Crab attempt by Ricky and Page on Joe. Tony hit a back body drop on Page. Tony clotheslined Ricky and Page out of the ring. Tony hit a massive spinebuster on Joe. Page and Ricky pulled Tony out of the ring and they sent Tony into the steel steps. Page and Ricky set up the steel steps against the commentary table. Ricky gave Tony a Revolution DDT on the floor. Page hit a Twisted Grin on Tony on the floor. Joe did his high jump leap over the top onto Page and Ricky on the floor. Back in the ring, Joe went for Standing Ovation on Page, but Ricky hit a chop block to stop that. Joe blocked a double team move and hit a double suplex on Page and Ricky. Joe hit a couple of clotheslines, followed by a hurricanrana and Joe hit a fallaway slam on Tony. Joe caught Ricky and gave Ricky a fallaway slam into Page on the apron. Joe put Tony on his shoulders and slammed him down with a Spinebuster for a two count. Joe headbutted and punched Tony, but Tony no sold it and fired up with a German Suplex. Tony hit a German Suplex on Joe and Tony hit a belly-to-belly suplex on Ricky. Tony hit a German Suplex on Ricky. Tony hit a Fisherman’s Buster on Page for two because Joe made the save. Joe hit a DDT on Tony. Joe went for a Standing Ovation on Ricky, but Tony hit a Spear on Joe instead. Tony hit a clothesline on Ricky to send him out of the ring. Tony hit a Spear on Joe for a two count. Good nearfall. Ricky brought a chair into the ring and hit Tony with a chair to the back. Ricky hit Joe with a chair. Ricky avoided a Standing Ovation slam by Joe and Ricky hit the Revolution DDT onto a steel chair for two because Page broke up the pin. Ricky complained about Page doing that and Page said he was trying to win. Ricky sent Page in the ribs with a chair. Page gave Ricky a back body drop out of the ring. Ricky and Page got into a slugfest. Page sent Ricky into the steel steps. Page gave Ricky a Powerslam through the commentary table hood. Page picked up Ricky on the steel steps, and Tony came running in with a tackle/Spear that put Page and Ricky through the commentary table. The fans chanted, “Holy S**t” for that.

Tony went into the ring, Joe hit him with a knee. Joe went for Standing Ovation, Tony avoided it and hit a Spear. Tony hit a Dead to Rights (lifting spinebuster) for the one…two…and three! Tony D’Angelo wins to become NXT Champion for the first time! It went 16:03.

Winner by pinfall AND NEW NXT Champion: Tony D’Angelo

Analysis: **** I enjoyed that match a lot, and I’m genuinely happy for Tony D’Angelo winning the NXT Championship for the first time. The finish was excellent because Tony put Saints and Page through the table, and then he won his exchange with Hendry to beat the champion and win the title. That’s the right way to have a babyface like D’Angelo get the win in a match like that. If Tony won by beating Page or Saints, it would have been fine too, but I think it’s more impactful when you beat the guy who was the champion. The dynamic between Page and Saints was a lot of fun as they went from working with eachother to fighting eachother, and it was a lot of fun to watch just because of how good their characters are. In my preview, I picked Hendry to retain because he had the title for about two months and I figured he would hold it a bit longer until Tony D takes it from him, but it’s a title change that I totally understand and it makes sense to put the title on Tony D now. The guy deserves it absolutely.

Tony D’Angelo was presented with the NXT Title. They showed some replays of the key spots in the match. Tony D’Angelo held the NXT Title in the ring, and the fans were chanting, “You Deserve It” for Tony. Joe Hendry was dejected in the ring while Page and Saints were still down on the floor. Tony D held up the NXT Title in the ring. That was the end of the show.

Analysis: I think Hendry, Page, and Saints are all candidates to go to the main roster post-WrestleMania. They are guys in their 30s with a lot of experience and would do very well on the main roster as long as they are given a fair shot.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver had a runtime of 2 hours and  49 minutes on Netflix in Canada.

Final Thoughts on WWE NXT Stand & Deliver

I’m going with an 8 out of 10.

It was an outstanding show with great matches from top to bottom. Of the six matches on the PLE, nothing was bad and everything got between 13-17 minutes, which means they all got plenty of time. The rest of it was up to the talent, and pardon the pun, but I think they all delivered.

I enjoyed the Vice-Grey-Jayne triple threat match the most and thought it was the best match. The 4-way with D’Angelo-Hendry-Saints-Page was also a terrific match. Those two matches also had title changes with Lola Vice and Tony D getting their first NXT Women’s and NXT Titles, which is cool to see for both as deserving veterans on the NXT brand. For the biggest NXT show of the year, you should have big moments like that.

There were some predictable matches, but I know I missed some predictions, too, so I like that there were some results that may not have been obvious. Overall, I think the NXT brand is in a good place in terms of its roster after losing so many people to the main roster earlier in the year. Will there be departures post-WrestleMania? Probably, but I think NXT will be just fine just like it always is.

Here are my NXT reviews for 2026 so far:

Stand & Deliver (April 4) – 8 (out of 10)

Vengeance Day (March 7) – 7.75
