Charlotte Flair Breaks Down How To Find Success In WWE
Charlotte Flair has shared the key to WWE success.
In the weeks after WrestleMania, Charlotte Flair had lost her way, but Alexa Bliss offered her a different path and a new direction. Although Flair initially rebuffed Bliss, the more the pair teamed together, the more successful they were.
This saw the unlikely duo notch up a series of wins before claiming the Women’s Tag Team Championship at SummerSlam.
Flair later claimed that this run is one of the most fun of her entire career, as Bliss has given her the chance to show more of her real personality.
To hammer that point home, in a recent interview, Charlotte Flair admitted that she found her old character “exhausting.” The star explained that it had become difficult to constantly be in the title picture and perform as a character who was essentially perfect and impervious to failure.
Charlotte Flair Knows What It Takes
In a short appearance on The Running Interview Show, Flair discussed the key to being a WWE Superstar and finding success in the ring. She said that getting a reaction and connection with the audience has to come before anything else.
“The key to being a great WWE Superstar is when you can elicit a fan response, whether positive or negative, and connect with the audience. If you can’t sell conflict through emotion, excuse my language. But no one is going to give a sh*t.”
In much less positive news, it’s been reported that Piper Niven has suffered a serious injury, with initial reports claiming the issue could be “career-ending.”
However, a later update noted that while Niven’s neck injury is very serious, she is eventually expected to return to the ring. No further details are available at this time, and as of September 23, the star was still waiting on an official diagnosis.
In recent weeks and months, Niven, Alba Fyre, and Chelsea Green have been feuding with Flair and Alexa Bliss.
