Bayley’s Current WWE Contract Status Amid Departure Rumors

A latest report revealed the current WWE contract status of Bayley, while rumors of her departure have been circulating.

Bayley has been with the WWE since 2013 and has been one of the top female stars in the company for years. She also won a number of Women’s titles throughout her run in the Sports Entertainment Juggernaut. She last wrestled at Saturday Night’s Main Event recently, where she was defeated by Lyra Valkyria in a grudge match.

Meanwhile, there have been rumors for quite a while that Bayley could be on her way out of the WWE once her current contract expires. Fans have been wondering when the Role Model’s contract will be up among all the rumors and speculations.

According to the latest report from Fightful Select, Bayley has not renewed her contract as of yet. The report also revealed that the Role Model’s current contract is expected to be up before the end of the year 2026 if injury time is not added to her existing deal.

In April last year, the Role Model herself revealed that she has a year and a half left on her WWE contract. Therefore, the expiration date might be coming soon according to the revelation, as it’s mid 2026 now.

Bayley had a childhood dream to go to a non-WWE promotion

In an interview earlier this year, Bayley stated that she would love to go to promotions like TNA and AAA:

You don’t want to just be one thing. Like, there are so many [promotions]. When you have guys like AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, or Finn Balor, they’ve all been to these places. So I feel like it’s important to mention the past and mention these things. I would love to dip my toes in TNA and AAA.”

The Role Model also revealed that her childhood dream was to go to TNA:

If we have the doors to do that, I would love to go. TNA was one of my dreams as a kid, you know? I love the Knockouts division. They were like the hottest division for so long. Gail Kim’s one of my favorites. I did a tryout for TNA years ago, like 2010 or something. The knockouts division has always been a dream.”

Well, if the rumors of Bayley’s exit from the WWE are true, fans could expect to see her on TNA or even AEW afterwards.
