AEW Could Enter Bidding War With WWE Over RAW Star – Reports
Raw star Bayley’s WWE contract is expiring soon.
According to recent reports, The Role Model’s current deal is set to end this year. The exact date of her contract’s expiration is publicly unknown, but it is being said that her deal will be up in the fourth quarter of 2026.
It was also reported that she could become a free agent around October 2026 if she decides not to re-sign with the Stamford-based promotion. According to Fightful Select, she hasn’t negotiated a new deal or renewed her contract yet.
AEW Is Interested In WWE Star Bayley
It was reported that WWE intends to keep Bayley in the promotion as they see her as a locker room leader. Meanwhile, AEW also has interest in the former Women’s Champion.
Fightful Select reported that Bayley becoming a potential free agent later this year is a major topic that is internally being discussed in both WWE and AEW. An agent stated that Bayley should reach the negotiation window before she decides on any agreement.
