Huge Stipulation Added To Massive Kendal Grey’s NXT Title Defense

The NXT Women’s Championship scenario has been extremely hot ever since Jacy Jayne was dethroned as champion at Stand and Deliver earlier this year.

Lola Vice dethroned Jayne and held the belt for a while before she dropped the title to Kendal Grey at Great American Bash last month.

Kendal has had challengers swarming her week on week since becoming champion and Vice earned the shot to face her as she won the number one contender’s match last week.

Massive NXT Championship match confirmed

Grey and Vice met face-to-face in the ring tonight and there was a lot of animosity. They had a mutual sense of respect for one another, but there was no love lost between them.

After exchanging a couple of fiery words with each other, Lola challenged the champion to face her in an NXT Underground match for the title.

Kendal, desperate to prove her previous win over Lola wasn’t a fluke, accepted the former Women’s Champion’s challenge and they’re set to face each other on the August 4 edition of NXT.
