Seth Rollins Makes Heartbreaking Confession About His WWE Career

Seth Rollins has just made a surprising confession.

Ever since he made his WWE debut with The Shield, it was clear that Seth Rollins was going to become a big star in the company. He has managed to live up to people’s expectations with his work ethic.

During his legendary WWE run, Rollins has done everything there is to do. He has won the Money in the Bank briefcase and has held multiple World Titles. He has also been involved in some iconic moments. At WrestleMania 31, Seth Rollins shocked the world by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase during the Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns match, thereby making it a triple threat. Seth managed to win the match in what has since been referred to as the heist of the century. However, Seth has yet to main event night two of WrestleMania. It looked like he would get the chance to do so at WrestleMania 42. However, he sustained an injury months before the Showcase of Immortals, which resulted in him vacating his World Title.

Seth Rollins claims he hasn’t properly main evented WrestleMania

During the latest season of WWE Unreal, Seth Rollins claimed that he has yet to properly main event WrestleMania. He doesn’t count the cash-in at WrestleMania 31 as him main eventing the show since he wasn’t on the marquee. Rollins also said that he felt like he was going to main event WrestleMania 42, but his shoulder injury threw that out the window.

“In my opinion, I haven’t properly main evented WrestleMania. A couple of night ones and the cash-in, yada yada. But for me, being on the marquee and headlining night two, having that is something I’ve always wanted. I do feel like [WrestleMania 42] was probably the year for it. To know that it’s probably out the window, it’s really difficult to wrap my head around.” [H/T Fightful]

Seth Rollins is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2026. However, it would’ve been interesting to see this match take place at WrestleMania 42.
