WWE Hall Of Famer Suddenly Shows Up On AEW Dynamite
AEW had a packed episode planned for this week’s edition of Dynamite, serving as the go-home episode ahead of AEW Redemption this Sunday.
The night began with a brutal TNT Championship match, which saw Kevin Knight defend his title against former World Champion Darby Allin.
One of the segments announced by AEW for tonight saw Thekla and Willow Nightingale engage in a face-to-face conversation ahead of their AEW Women’s Title match at Redemption.
AEW Dynamite sees WWE Legend show up
However, the promotion delivered a surprise to its fans as WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley came out to the ring, and it was announced that he would hold the face-to-face.
The two women traded insults during their entire conversation before Willow claimed that she would leave Redemption as the Women’s World Champion.
Thekla then disrespectfully asked Mick Foley to shut up. This escalated things between them, and Thekla slapped Willow.

As Nightingale came to attack her, the Women’s Champion then clocked her head with the microphone, causing Willow to roll down the ramp.
She lay out in the ring as she recovered when Thekla took her time to enter. She posed with her titles before taking off her belt and proceeding to attack Willow.
Before she could, though, a recovered Willow Nightingale took her out with her trademark Pounce, causing Thekla to retreat out of the ring as Willow stood tall.
