AEW had announced multiple huge matches for the show in Orlando, Florida, tonight, with one of the most anticipated ones being the street fight between the Death Riders and the Don Callis Family.

The match was scheduled after the Don Callis Family attacked the AEW Continental Champion, Jon Moxley, on Collision Maximum Carnage last week, following the return of Kazuchika Okada, the man whom Moxley defeated to become the Continental Champion.

Don Callis’ group was represented by Lance Archer, Rocky Romero, and Heichicero while Moxley was accompanied by Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta, with Marina Shafir present at ringside.

The match was off to a fast start as the Don Callis Family began the fight from the get-go. The Death Riders were on top at the beginning of the fight, with Daniel Garcia stomping on a trashcan wrapped around Heichicero’s ankle.

However, things changed once Lance Archer put Wheeler Yuta through the timekeeper’s table, making it an effectively 3v2 fight in favor of the Family. They targeted Moxley while keeping Garcia away, but Mox tried to fight back at every opportunity he got.

Archer set up a table in the corner for Moxley, but was interrupted in his tracks by Shafir. He caught her in a chokehold, but she turned things around by trapping him in a hold, which turned the momentum in Mox’s favor for a little while, but Archer managed to put Mox through the table as well.

Wheeler Yuta managed to recover by this time, though, and worked together with Garcia to take out Archer. Meanwhile, Moxley introduced a board covered with broken glass and barbed wire, but it backfired when Archer chokeslamed him onto the board.

The Death Riders were helped out by Pack and Claudio Castagnoli as they took Archer out on the ramp while Shafir took out Heichicero with a low blow and Yuta caught him with a Busaiko Knee. Garcia got the win for his team by putting Rocky Romero in a dragon tamer before Mox hit him with a Stomp to declare Death Riders the winner.
