Major AEW Title Change & Full Collision Maximum Carnage Spoilers

One AEW championship changed hands at Maximum Carnage Collision.

AEW aired a live Dynamite Maximum Carnage show on January 14th that saw MJF successfully defend his AEW Men’s World Championship against Dynamite Diamond ring winner, Bandido.

Two more title matches could be in the works as the Triangle of Madness picked up a huge trios win over AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander and AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron.

The Don Callis Family emerged with a future title shot in a four-way tag team match, while Darby Allin finally got the better of PAC when the two men went one-on-one.

AEW Title Back On Hangman Adam Page

After Dynamite ended, AEW taped Collision to air on January 17th. The full spoilers for that show – courtesy of Fightful – are below:

  • Jetspeed & Hangman Adam Page defeated The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs and Katsuyori Shibata) to become the new AEW World Trios Champions.  After the match, Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana came out and applauded the title win. One of The Opps is expected to join WWE imminently.
  • Tony Schiavone interviewed AEW Tag Team Champions FTR and Stokely Hathaway on the stage. Hathaway heaped praise on the Don Callis Family’s Jake Doyle and Mark Davis for becoming the number 1 contenders to the AEW World Tag Team Title.
  • Andrade El Idolo defeated Angelico.
  • Eddie Kingston & Ortiz defeated Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson).
  • Marina Shafir defeated Zayda Steel; Jon Moxley was on commentary for the match. After the match, Don Callis Family attack Jon Moxley; Death Riders make the save.
  • Kyle Fletcher, Josh Alexander & El Clon defeated Scorpio Sky, Dante Martin, & Darius Martin. After the match, Konosuke Takeshita came out and embraced Fletcher before brushing off Don Callis.
  • Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford defeated Danielle Kamela(former NXT wrestler Vanessa Borne)& Viva Van.
  • Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa confront Bayne and Ford.
  • Jack Perry def. Anthony Bowens. After the match, Perry and Ricochet brawled
