WWE Officially Drops Oba Femi Bombshell Ahead Of RAW

WWE has made a big announcement on Oba Femi’s immediate future.

The Ruler’s red-hot run on the main roster came to a screeching halt at Clash In Italy as he suffered a loss against Brock Lesnar. However, he quickly got over that setback, defeating Carmelo Hayes, Penta, and Solo Sikoa in a fatal four-way match to advance in the King of the Ring Tournament.

Femi is now set to face Dominik Mysterio in the semi-finals of the 2026 KOTR. Ahead of this week’s RAW in Paris, France, Adam Pearce promoted the show with a mini-preview. During his post on X (formerly Twitter), Pearce revealed that Oba Femi will kick off RAW, among other things.

We’ll have first-round matches in both the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments. On the men’s side, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins takes on Je’Von Evans, Talla Tonga, and Ricky Saints. On the women’s side […] Becky Lynch takes on Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, and, quite possibly, one of my favorite human beings on planet Earth, Chelsea Green.

Anyway, also, both the Intercontinental Titles will be on the line as Sol Ruca defends her championship against Lyra Valkyria. And Penta goes one-on-one with the legend, the Hall of Famer, Rey Mysterio. All that and so much more, I can assure you. It’s RAW from the city of love, 2 pm ET/11 am PT live around the world on Netflix, and Oba Femi kicks off the broadcast. It’s RAW in Paris. C’est officiel.
