AEW Star Reveals Incredible Act Of Kindness From CM Punk

CM Punk

CM Punk is a good guy according to an injured AEW wrestler that noted a recent act of kindness from the former two-time AEW World Champion.

AEW’s most unique wrestler Danhausen suffered a very evil injury at AEW Revolution last month when he tore his pectoral muscle. That required surgery and there’s a lengthy rehab process of anywhere from six to nine months depending on how the healing goes.

On Twitter, Danhausen revealed that CM Punk (aka “Pepsi Phil”) sent him an incredible gift of a Spider Man comic book.

“I’ve had a rough month with everything going on and a great friend of mine Pepsi Phil surprised me today with my holy grail collectible in an unspeakable act of kindness amongst other suspected unspeakable acts of kindness. He’ll be mad that I posted this. IDC this is my revenge.”

Danhausen would reveal even more about the kindness of CM Punk, who apparently has been checking on Danhausen regularly.

“One more note, this man has checked on me literally every single day since I got injured and since the loss of my cousin to make sure I’m okay aside from normal friend talk.

So has @Brodyxking (he will bully me).”

CM Punk dealt with his own major injury from last September at All Out 2022 when he became AEW World Champion for the second time. During that match, Punk tore his triceps. Over seven months later, it is believed that Punk is healed or close to it, but his AEW future remains in doubt due to the backstage fight at All Out and a lot of heated comments since then.

In addition to Danhausen, CM Punk is also good friends with FTR, who captured the AEW Tag Team Titles on Dynamite, so Punk posted an image to support them.
