Popular WWE Star Likely Frustrated Over Disappointing WWE Booking
This popular WWE star never gets his “big push”, according to many critics and fans.
WWE creative and higher-ups decide which stars need to be pushed, but sometimes fans organically begin to get behind certain stars who probably aren’t on the executives’ list.
LA Knight is the biggest example of this. He has always found himself stuck in the mid-card under CCO Triple H’s booking.
Many conspire that Triple H’s ego gets in the way of pushing Knight, who is over with the fans despite WWE not actively pushing him. Others say Knight may have rubbed someone the wrong way.
Many fans and critics also feel that Triple H intentionally “buried” Knight on Raw in an episode in December when Bronson Reed and Logan Paul of The Vision brutally attacked him.
He was absent from WWE TV until his return at Royal Rumble 2026, where he eliminated Austin Theory and Bronson Reed.
The following Monday on Raw, he attacked The Vision again by coming in from the crowd. But it doesn’t look like WWE has any major plans for The Megastar despite claiming that they have big things in store for him in 2026.
Johnathan Coachman Believes WWE Star LA Knight Must Be Frustrated With His Booking
Speaking on Coach & Bro, Johnathan Coachman responds to Vince Russo, who says that LA Knight should tell WWE to “Go F themselves”, by saying that Knight must be one of the most frustrated stars in the company, as WWE never gives him the ball to run with.
He’s probably at the top of the list, Vince, of people who have gotta be so unbelievably frustrated when they walk in the door. Cause he knows how good he is. He knows how good he can be.
He knows he’d love to have the ball and run with it. But he’s never given the ball. He’s always the 9-hole hitter. He’s always the one they’re asking to bunt. That’s what he is. And that sucks if you’re LA Knight. (49:28 onwards)
