WWE Star Drops Rhea Ripley And Charlotte Flair Bombshell
A current champion in WWE acknowledged both Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair. The star in discussion is Tiffany Stratton.
Tiffany Stratton started her wrestling journey by joining the WWE back in 2021. She had an amazing run on the developmental, also becoming the NXT Women’s Champion once before moving to the main roster in 2024. Tiffany’s main roster run turned out to be successful, as she won the women’s Money in the Bank and became the Women’s Champion later as well.
In April this year, Tiffany Stratton captured the Women’s United States Championship and continues her reign. She has also qualified for the Interim WWE Women’s Championship ladder match, which will take place at SummerSlam 2026. The interim title match is taking place because the current champion, Rhea Ripley is out due to injury.
While Tiffany Stratton has yet to feud with Rhea Ripley, she has some history with Charlotte Flair. Stratton had defeated Charlotte at WrestleMania 41 to retain her Women’s title. Meanwhile, Tiffany has nothing but praise for both Charlotte and Ripley.
WWE star was inspired by Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair
Speaking on Good Karma Wrestling, the WWE star Tiffany Stratton revealed her favorite match that she has ever seen to be Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39, and that match inspired her as well:
My favorite match I’ve ever seen was Rhea Ripley versus Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania (39). That was my first year in wrestling, my first year that I felt I could potentially be a main roster talent. So seeing that match, and I was there in California when I saw that match playing, so, I saw that, and I thought that match was so sick and I thought ‘wow, I want to be doing that one day.’”
Tiffany Stratton also revealed her own favorite match to be against Becky Lynch at NXT No Mercy, which probably impressed the WWE CCO Triple H::
As far as my favorite match, I would have to say my match against Becky Lynch at No Mercy, my Extreme Rules match. That was definitely a match that put me on the map and kind of change my career.”
I felt like maybe Hunter saw something in me when he saw that match, and I felt like the fans definitely saw me step up to the plate when they saw that match.” [H/T WrestleTalk]
It will be interesting to see if Tiffany Stratton will become the interim WWE Women’s Champion at SummerSlam 2026 during the current champ, Rhea Ripley’s absence.
