A new report revealed that several recently released WWE stars are “waiting” to join AEW.
After WrestleMania 42, WWE announced the release of more than 20 wrestlers. The list also included some shocking names like Aleister Black, Zelina Vega, Wyatt Sicks, Kairi Sane, and more. Later, the New Day also announced their departure from the company.
There have been heavy rumors that multiple released WWE stars could be heading to AEW as soon as they become free agents. Well, several released stars are reportedly eager to sign with All Elite Wrestling.

Recently released WWE stars are reportedly “confirmed” to be heading to AEW
After WWE announced mass releases of several stars, Jonathan Coachman claimed that Aleister Black and his wife Zelina Back are confirmed to go back to AEW, citing a reliable source:
Aleister Black and Zelina Vega are confirmed to go back to AEW. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a talent go back and forth twice to each,” Coach said.
Coachman also reflected on whether Black and Zelina will go to All Elite Wrestling:
This feels different than the last time. And let’s be honest, because you and I have been in the wrestling business for a long time — it gets really terrifying when you lose your job, and you’re like, ‘Where am I going to go?’ Not to earn a lot of money, just to earn a living and pay my bills. And so if AEW is willing to give them both a deal, then they should take it.”
Jonathan Coachman concluded that he doesn’t agree with AEW signing both Aleister Black and Zelina Vega:
But I don’t agree with signing these two, with all due respect, because I don’t think Aleister Black moves the needle at all. Right now, if you’re signing any talent, they got to be talented, and they have to come in and make a difference.”
Only time will tell if Aleister Black and Zelina Vega will sign with Tony Khan’s promotion after their WWE release.
