Dominik Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Championship to Penta on Monday Night RAW, but there is a discrepancy in the storytelling.

After Mysterio lost the title, Finn Balor was removed from The Judgment Day.

While Balor’s removal from the heel faction was a step that fans had already speculated, former WWE head writer Vince Russo has pointed out that WWE should have done something else on RAW instead of removing The Prince.

Dominik Mysterio did not mention the one person he should have after losing the Intercontinental Championship

On The Coach and Bro, Vince Russo revealed that Mysterio should have been obsessed with Danhausen for cursing him and then Mysterio losing the Intercontinental Championship.

However, he was not even mentioned on the segment and was completely forgotten.

Guys, this is why I am so freaking critical, okay, bro, of everybody in that room. So, we introduce Danhausen, okay? The first week Danhausen is on Raw, he puts a curse on Dominik Mysterio. Dominik Mysterio loses the Intercontinental title.

The next week, not even mentioned. So you mean if I’m Dominik and this guy cursed me and I lost the title, I am not, I am not now going to be obsessed with did he really curse me? What else can happen?

Completely dropped guys. That is what I mean about sh*tty writing. How many times have I told you guys you have to protect everybody on the roster? So Danhausen puts a curse on Dominik, Dominik loses the title, and the following week it is completely forgotten.

Dominik Mysterio has revealed that he wants to get the Intercontinental Championship back from Penta and be a double champion again.
