WWE Icon Roman Reigns Doesn’t Like One Move: “It’s Not Gonna Be Good For You”
Ex-WWE star says Roman Reigns doesn’t like to be manipulated.
When Karrion Kross returned to WWE in August 2022, he was originally planned to have a storyline with Roman Reigns. However, WWE pivoted, and Kross was booked to feud with Drew McIntyre, while Reigns was set up to feud with other challengers.
Despite never feuding with Roman Reigns, Karrion Kross spoke heavily about the Tribal Chief in a new interview with MuscleManMalcolm. Whenever he got a chance to speak with Reigns, it was always “very meaningful.” He stated that he respects Roman Reigns a lot, both as a human being and a professional wrestler.
Karrion Kross Says Roman Reigns Doesn’t Like To Be Worked
Kross added that Roman Reigns is a man not to be messed with. If someone tries to manipulate him or exploit him for their own advantage, he catches on to that pretty quickly. So he advised people to always be authentic with him, or else things would end up badly for them.
“When I did speak with him, the few sparing times, I found them to be very meaningful. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him as a human being and a professional. He’s super cool. The thing about him, don’t try to work him. Be cool, he’ll sniff you out. If you’re cool, if you’re authentic, you know, you guys will get along. You try to work that guy, it’s not gonna be good for you.”
Karrion Kross (aka Killer Kross), along with his real-life wife Scarlett, was released from WWE in August 2025 following the expiration of their contracts.
In a post-WWE release interview, Kross revealed that he was only given 24 hours to sign his new contract, while his partner Scarlett didn’t even receive one. Both of them eventually left WWE. They are currently performing on the independent circuit, mainly in MLW (Major League Wrestling).
