WWE Raw News: Triple H Announcement, Tag Team Matches, Potential Spoilers
There is some news heading to the first episode of WWE Monday Night Raw following a spectacular WrestleMania 39 event.
The Raw after WrestleMania is known by WWE fans as a big night in the company. There have been many memorable moments on the Raw after WrestleMania over the years like Brock Lesnar returning to the company in 2012, Dolph Ziggler winning the World Title via Money in the Bank cash-in in 2013, Roman Reigns getting booed by fans loudly after he beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania one night earlier and of course the unique crowd participation.
Going into tonight’s edition of Raw at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles that follows two nights of WrestleMania 39, WWE has chosen to not provide much in the way of a preview.
However, there are some spoilers about what might be coming tonight on Raw.
It is being reported by the Twitter account WRKD Wrestling, which has gotten many things right in recent months, that Triple H will likely open Raw with some promo announcement. That has led to fans guessing about what it could be ranging from WWE running some new Draft to split up the Raw/Smackdown roster, perhaps something to do with the WWE/Universal and/or Raw/Smackdown Tag Team Titles to split those up in the future or maybe something regarding the WWE sale announced earlier on Monday.
In addition to Triple H appearing on Raw, WRKD Wrestling said to look for two big tag team matches tonight.
* Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa facing Cody Rhodes and a mystery partner.
* Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn defending their Raw & Smackdown Tag Team Titles.
* A special guest joining the newly formed Latino World Order that is led by Rey Mysterio.
As for who Cody’s mystery partner could be, WrestlingNewsco mentioned that there has been talk that Matt Cardona (formerly known as Zack Ryder in WWE) could return to the company.
For now, consider those things rumors. Nothing has been officially advertised by World Wrestling Entertainment as of this writing.
