WWE Raw: Adam Pearce Signs 3 Blockbuster Matches
The March 9 taping of WWE emanates from Seattle, Washington.
General manager Adam Pearce revealed on his X account that he has signed off on 3 matches for the show.
Oba Femi, who has yet to be assigned a brand, will be in action as he takes on the ‘Lion of Bulgaria’ Rusev in a singles match.
On more than one occasion, the two superstars have come face-to-face. Last week’s taping of the red brand saw both Femi and Rusev come to blows, with The Ruler getting the upperhand by clotheslining the 40-year-old out of the ring.
The same episode also witnessed AJ Lee promising to be a fighting champion by putting the entire women’s division on notice.
Pearce also confirmed a gauntlet match featuring Asuka, Bayley, Iyo Sky, Ivy Nile, Lyra Valkyria, and Raquel Rodriguez, with the winner becoming the #1 contender to Lee’s WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Finally, Penta, who became the men’s Intercontinental Champion by defeating Dominik Mysterio, will defend his title against the Original El Grande Americano.
We are LIVE tomorrow night from beautiful Seattle and three HUGE matches are OFFICIAL for #WWERaw!
