WWE Possibly Repackaging Underused Star

Ricochet dives at T-BAR on WWE Raw

A new report has revealed that an underused Superstar is in line for a character change as part of Triple H’s new creative direction.

Since Triple H was named WWE Head of Creative following Vince McMahon’s retirement, changes have already been apparent on Raw and SmackDown. Previously banned phrases are now becoming commonplace and wrestlers are being given a lot more freedom both on the mic and in the ring.

On top of this, previously released Superstars have already begun to return to the company, with Dakota Kai appearing alongside Bayley and IYO SKY at SummerSlam while Karrion Kross and Scarlett returned on SmackDown.

On the most recent edition of Raw, Dexter Lumis was also seen being escorted out of the arena by police.

Now, Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that there have been discussions of repackaging former Retribution member T-BAR, who was known as Dominik Dijakovic in NXT.

“The one name that has been bouncing around with that sort of talk in recent weeks is T-Bar, the former Dijak in WWE NXT and Ring of Honor.

“I saw him work a few weeks ago in Madison Square Garden as part of a WWE Main Event taping and his offense looked so great, MSG began chanting for him.

“So, we’ll see what they do and how far they take it, but that’s the name I’ve heard most prominently recently.”

T-BAR’s former Retribution teammate MACE has undergone a radical character shift in recent weeks, re-debuting as maçé when he joined Max Dupri’s Maximum Male Models.
