WWE NXT Sees Robert Stone Make Bold First Call as General Manager
This year’s Women’s Royal Rumble saw many NXT superstars make their debut in the event as they put on an impressive showing on the main roster. The Rumble saw the likes of Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, and Kelani Jordan make their main roster debut.
The NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne, had a decent time in the Rumble, while Sol Ruca had the best night for an NXT wrestler in the match as she made it through to the final three.
Ruca even eliminated Jayne from the Rumble in the process, and Jayne addressed that in the ring tonight. She was about to challenge Ruca to a match with her title on the line, but was interrupted before she could do so.
Robert Stone makes a huge decision on WWE NXT
Zaria came out to the ring and stopped Jayne from calling out Sol Ruca and stated that she deserved the opportunity instead. She would then be interrupted by Kendal Grey and eventually, by Ruca herself.
Grey, accompanied by Wren Sinclair, got into an argument with ZaRuca over who should be the number one contender for the Women’s Championship, and that’s when Robert Stone took his first decision as Interim NXT General Manager.
