After some comments were made on Smackdown about the main event of WWE Money in the Bank, there is some confusion about what match will go on last.

Wrestling fans love to know things before they really need to know them. It’s part of being fanatical about a business that many of us have loved for decades. When it comes to lineups for WWE, AEW or any wrestling company, some of us like to know what’s going on last as the main event.

For tonight’s WWE Money in the Bank Premium Live Event in London, England, the company has yet to make it clear what match will go on last.

Many fans likely assume that The Bloodline tag team match with Roman Reigns & cousin Solo Sikoa facing off against Solo’s brothers The Usos will be the main event since Roman’s match usually headlines a WWE PLE, especially over the last three years in the “Tribal Chief” era.

However, on the June 30th edition of Smackdown when Michael Cole and Wade Barrett were running down the Money in the Bank card, Cole referred to the Cody Rhodes-Dominik Mysterio match as the “massive main event” of tonight’s PLE.

In an update on the situation, Fightful Select reports that when they asked WWE on Friday, they weren’t given an answer about what the main event will be. There were others in WWE that noted the company was advertising a “triple main event” for the show, which they might do more of going forward.

There was one source in WWE that said “any more heat on Dominik Mysterio is a good thing” because Judgment Day’s ex-con Dom is hated by the WWE audience these days.

It was also reported by Fightful that at one point they heard that the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match may open the show and The Bloodline tag team match would be the main event. However, the match order would “officially” be finalized after Smackdown.
