WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania, is just around the corner, and a veteran wants polarizing icon Shane McMahon to return ahead of the premium live event.

Following his heel turn on Cody Rhodes on the March 13 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Randy Orton has been seen in mysterious phone call segments that appear to be influencing his recent actions. Since then, the WWE Universe has been buzzing online, wondering who could be behind it.

Natalya Would “Love To See” Shane McMahon Return To WWE

WWE veteran Nattie recently shared her prediction on the Busted Open podcast. She said it would be “amazing” if the person behind the mysterious phone call turned out to be Shane McMahon.

When you brought up Shane, I was like, damn, Shane is somebody that has also had, like he’s a polarizing figure in WWE, either you love him or you hate him.

But when his music hits, people go crazy, so you brought up Shane, I was like, damn, that would be amazing. I would love to see Shane coming back to WWE and doing some stuff.

The last time the fans saw Shane McMahon was at WWE WrestleMania 39, where he made a surprise return for an impromptu match against The Miz. However, the appearance was cut short when Shane tore his quadriceps within seconds of the bell ringing while attempting a leapfrog.

He was immediately attended to by medical staff and helped to the back. Co-host Snoop Dogg improvised on the spot and knocked out The Miz by delivering the People’s Elbow to wrap things up.
