WWE Executive Blasts Former Champion For Having Horrible Attitude
A current WWE executive won’t be in a hurry to have this former champion back in the company any time soon.
The worlds of sports and entertainment are each filled to the brim with egotists, fantasists, and those who truly believe they are special. Combine those worlds, and you get WWE, a company that has had its fair share of all of the above.
When a star such as Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair’s ego runs away with itself is one thing, but when it’s someone further down the card, then there’s a lot less tolerance for that kind of behaviour.
One wrestling star who firmly falls into that category is former WCW and WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Juventud Guerrera. And it seems The Juice wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
Juventud Became WWE’s Problem Child
Speaking on his Something to Wrestle With podcast, Bruce Prichard gave his thoughts on Juventud and why he didn’t enjoy working with him in WWE:
Man, he just thought he was the cat’s meow, and he was the sh*t’s sh*t. He had charisma. Big time, had charisma, but he had an attitude to go with it. Wasn’t as good as he thought he was, but just had a really sh*tty attitude.
[He] wasn’t getting in shape, wasn’t doing anything, and when you boil it all down, wasn’t that good. But he had the attitude of, well, you would have thought he was the biggest thing ever if you asked him. But, didn’t come to work on time, just a problem child, just a horrible, horrible attitude.
Juventud joined WWE in 2005 alongside Psicosis and Super Crazy as The Mexicools. He captured the WWE Cruiserweight Championship twice despite just lasting six months on the roster before being let go due to his backstage antics.
