A change has been made to WWE’s WrestleMania 42 broadcast, with some of the show airing on ESPN.

When a WWE PLE takes place in the United States, the usual start time is 7 p.m. ET. They used to start at 8 p.m. ET, but in recent years that changed partly because the company likes to do an hour-long post-show, which makes it a long night of content.

As for WrestleMania 42, which takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19, there were reports earlier in the week of changes to the event’s start time.

During the WWE SmackDown broadcast from Louisville, the company announced that WrestleMania 42 will start at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT locally in Las Vegas) on both nights. In the US, fans can watch the entire PLE on ESPN Unlimited, which became the home of WWE PLEs in September 2025. Internationally, fans can watch WrestleMania 42 on Netflix.

In addition to the ESPN Unlimited streaming service, fans can watch the first hour of WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas on ESPN 2 on Saturday, April 18th, and on ESPN on Sunday, April 19th. It will be the first time a live WrestleMania will air on a cable channel like ESPN for the first hour.

WWE Elimination Chamber Continues The Road To WrestleMania 42
