When Is Sheamus Returning To WWE?

sheamus wwe beats smackdown

Sheamus is nearing a return to the ring.

The former World Champion hasn’t wrestled since being defeated by Edge on the August 18th episode of SmackDown. While the bout was Edge’s last in WWE, the Irish star was also forced into a break from the company.

While there’s been no official comment, it’s been reported that Sheamus has been dealing with a “really bad” shoulder injury.

However, it seems that he’ll be back on WWE television very soon. The star is currently advertised for SmackDown shows on November 24th, December 8th, and December 15th. Furthermore, writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer notes that he’s “listed to return” on November 25th — This is the day of Survivor Series.

It’s widely expected that Randy Orton will be making his in-ring return at the same event.

AJ Styles hasn’t featured on SmackDown since September 1st when he was attacked by Solo Sikoa. However, he was listed on WWE’s website as appearing on the October 10th episode of the blue brand. Despite this, the show came and went without Styles’ involvement.
