WWE Star Logan Paul Shares Unfortunate Injury Update
Logan Paul is currently out of action due to an arm injury.
On the May 23 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, Paul and his tag team partner Austin Theory defended the World Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits’ Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford.
Late in the match, Dawkins performed a dive on Logan Paul, who tried to catch him. Dawkins landed on Paul’s flexed left arm with so much force that the tendon in his elbow completely separated from the bone.
Logan Paul instantly knew he had torn his triceps, and even though he was injured, he managed to complete the match to retain the titles alongside Austin Theory. Paul was immediately sidelined from action and underwent triceps surgery to repair the damage. He is expected to be out of action for about six months.
Logan Paul Says His Triceps Injury Has Been Annoying Him A Lot
Paul has been giving regular health updates on social media. On the latest episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, he revealed that he has had many injuries in the past, but this has been the most inconvenient one for him. He said that he can’t use his hands properly because of the injury, and it’s annoying him very much.
“I’ve been brutally injured, like, way more, more than this. This one will have the longest recovery, but all things considered, it’s the least inconvenient injury possible. Because I have both hands, I’m right-handed, I just can’t bend it. It’s like, texting is a little annoying.”
Despite his injury, Paul has been making appearances on Monday Night Raw to maintain his on-screen presence.
On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw on June 22, Austin Theory and Bron Breaker (who replaced Paul as the tag team champion after Paul got injured), defended the titles against The Street Profits in the main event of the show.
Logan Paul showed up during the match with brass knuckles to help his team retain the titles. However, Joe Hendry and Seth Rollins ruined The Vision’s plans. As a result, Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford became the new tag team champions.
