Great News For WWE Star Paige

WWE star Paige has received a major accolade.

The Anti-Diva recently took to her Instagram account to share that she has received a Guinness World Record for being the youngest Divas Champion in WWE.

On April 7, 2014, Paige made her surprise main roster debut on WWE Raw. It was the night after WrestleMania XXX. She congratulated then-Diva’s Champion AJ Lee for successfully defending her title the night before. AJ slapped Paige and challenged her to an impromptu match, putting her championship on the line.

Paige won the match and thus became the youngest Divas Champion in the history of WWE at the age of 21. She also became the first Diva to win a title in her debut match and the only woman to hold both Divas and NXT Women’s Championships at the same time that night.

Paige lost the title back to AJ Lee on the June 30 edition of WWE Raw. In her WWE career, Paige has won the Divas Championship twice. She also holds the record for being the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion.

Paige Is Currently A Title Holder In WWE

Paige had to retire in 2018 following a severe neck injury she suffered in December 2017. She was then moved to a non-wrestling role in WWE. A few years later, she left WWE in mid-2022 after an 11-year run with the company.

She returned to the ring on September 22 when she made her debut for AEW and wrestled in Tony Khan’s company for a few years before eventually returning to WWE. She made her WWE return at WrestleMania 42 as a replacement for injured Nikki Bella.

She competed alongside Brie Bella, and the new duo won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. They have since defended the titles multiple times on Raw and SmackDown. Their latest title defense took place on Raw this week, where they successfully beat Lyra Valkyria and Bayley to retain their belts.
