SPOILER: Triple H Buries Ex-WWE Champion Again On 6/26 SmackDown
A popular WWE star suffered another major setback on SmackDown.
WWE taped the upcoming episode of SmackDown last night in London before heading to Saudi Arabia for Night of Champions, which is set to take place this Saturday in Riyadh.
On this week’s SmackDown, Chelsea Green went head-to-head with Jade Cargill to suffer another defeat as Triple H continues to book her in a losing streak.
The former Women’s United States Champion’s last win came on May 29 over Nia Jax. She has since competed in four matches on RAW and SmackDown, including a Tag Team one and a Fatal 4-Way, and was pinned in all of them.
Chelsea Green Doesn’t Feel Secure In WWE
The former Women’s United States Champion recently discussed her WWE status in an interview with Esteban Ramirez ahead of this year’s WrestleMania, for which she was not booked.
When asked about her growing fanbase and whether that could make her undeniable in the future, she revealed that she did not feel that way. Instead, she admitted to never feeling secure in the Stamford-based company.
You’re telling me that but I don’t know, I don’t feel that way. I’m always working to make sure that I’m leveling up, that my jokes are funnier, that my outfits are better, that I’m not becoming complacent at the workplace.
Even you telling me that, that feels amazing but I’ve been released from WWE so many times and this journey has been so bumpy, so I don’t know that I’ll ever just feel secure and feel like, ‘Yeah, I’m impenetrable.’ It’s show business, no one is untouchable, I don’t know.
