Update On If Vince McMahon Is At April 10th WWE Raw
An update has been provided regarding the status of WWE’s Vince McMahon and if he’s backstage at this week’s episode of Raw.
On the WWE Raw after WrestleMania last Monday, Vince McMahon had a role in the show in terms of changing what was planned to take place.
The show featured a lot of editing by McMahon, who removed some matches that Paul “Triple H” Levesque and the creative team had planned. Some fans online were calling it the “worst Raw ever” although that’s a case of being overdramatic on social media as well.
In an update on if Vince McMahon is at tonight’s Raw, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer tweeted: “Vince isn’t at Raw live in Seattle.”
Last week’s Raw came several hours after Endeavor announced they had acquired WWE to team them up with UFC to create a $21 billion powerhouse sports and entertainment organization.
While Vince McMahon had his fingerprints all over Raw last week, reports coming out of Smackdown revealed that he wasn’t at that show while also only doing “minor” tweaks.
Since his July 2022 “retirement” caused by unreported “hush money payments,” Vince McMahon has not had a major influence on the WWE creative process for the first time in 40 years. It has been a Triple H show since he, Vince’s son-in-law, is the WWE Chief Content Officer. A lot of fans prefer the Triple H-booked shows more than what they were used to with Vince in charge.
When a fan responded to Vince not being at Raw, Meltzer did a quote tweet that it’s not necessarily a big deal since the mustached billionaire could still work remotely.

Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw is taking place in Seattle.
