Major Update On Donald Trump’s Rumored WWE Return

Former WWE Announcer Says His Most Challenging Interview Was With Donald Trump

WWE has seen appearances from Donald Trump in the past.

And if things go as planned, the current United States President could be featured at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLII, where John Cena will compete in his final wrestling match.

Despite Vince McMahon’s departure from the promotion, WWE is still connected to the White House through Linda McMahon, who currently serves as the United States Secretary of Education.

Furthermore, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have organized multiple outreach programs to promote health and welfare in coalition with the government.

Several political figures are expected to be present at the December 13 SNME in Washington DC.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio‘s recent episode, Donald Trump will attend the annual college football game between the U.S. Military Academy and the U.S. Naval Academy on the same day.

With the football match slated for a few hours before the WWE event, it gives Trump enough time to be at the Capital One Arena for John Cena’s final match.

Donald Trump Is A WWE Hall Of Famer

Donald Trump shares a long-standing relationship with the Stamford promotion, dating back to 1980s, due to which he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 as part of the celebrity wing.

He was also involved in a major storyline around 2007, which culminated in a Battle of the Billionaires match at WrestleMania 23.

The match featured a singles match between Umaga, representing Vince McMahon, and Bobby Lashley, who sided with Donald Trump, with Stone Cold Steve Austin serving as the official. It even had a stipulation, wherein the billionaires wagered their hair.

Lashley ultimately came out on top, resulting in McMahon getting his head shaved in the ring.

Meanwhile, John Cena’s final opponent has yet to be decided, although the name of a former World Heavyweight Champion keeps popping up.
