Emotional Triple H & CM Punk Moment Ahead Of WWE WrestleMania Caught On Camera
Triple H and CMPunk had a moment at Allegiant Stadium before WrestleMania 42 began.
CM Punk and Triple H have had a long history together. Punk originally left WWE bitter and arrogant, and even dropped the now legendary “pipebomb” promo in 2011, where he broke the fourth wall and sat on the ramp legs, folding to address his gripes with the company.
It has long been noted that he and Triple H didn’t get along and had multiple clashes. Punk would then leave WWE in 2014, and things would take a 180-degree turn when he returned to the Stamford-based promotion as an almost completely changed man.
The arrogance and the attitude from his early years were toned down significantly, and seemingly all but disappeared. He has been vocally grateful for the opportunities he got in his current run, and his relationship with Triple H has changed to a point where the two have become close friends and colleagues.
At WrestleMania 42, Punk faced Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship. Before the show commenced, Triple H and Punk had an emotional moment, which was caught on camera and recently posted on Triple H’s Instagram.

Triple H: Big F****ing deal, right? Cause of you, man. Thanks for the house.
CM Punk: No, No. It was a team effort. You know that. Thank you. Those are kind words.
Triple H: Happy for you to be here, man.

CM Punk put on a show at ‘Mania 42 against Reigns, and the two ended up putting on an entertaining match for the World Title, which CM Punk lost after having it for 169 days.
During this reign, he has had some memorable title defenses with the likes of Bron Breakker and Finn Balor.
