Triple H Has Completely Buried Ex-WWE Champion
Ex-WWE Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker is “in the doghouse,” says WWE veteran.
Breakker suffered a major loss against Seth Rollins in a steel cage match at Night of Champions in a bout that lasted about 19 minutes.
On the latest episode of the Coach and Bro Show, wrestling personality Jonathan Coachman and former WWE head writer Vince Russo analysed the Night of Champions Premium Live Event, which took place on June 27.
Speaking about Bron Breakker’s loss to Seth Rollins, Vince Russo expressed disappointment with Triple’s booking, suggesting that the WWE CCO buried Breakker at Night of Champions:
Let me just say this, Bron Breakker is definitely in the doghouse. There is no question about it. Bron Breakker loses clean. (1:13:08 – 1:13:20)
Why Bron Breakker Should’ve Beaten Seth Rollins At WWE Night Of Champions
Jonathan Coachman added that Bron Breakker needed a big win over Seth Rollins because he is still in the building phase of his WWE career. Seth Rollins losing the match wouldn’t have been a big deal because he is already an established veteran in the promotion:
The Breakker thing is astounding to me because if there was a number two to Oba in my mind for pushing, it is Bron Breakker or Jacob Fatu. It’s like 2A, 2B, and to lose clean to a guy who doesn’t need to win. Seth Rollins could lose for the rest of his career. It affects him not one iota. Not one iota.
But Bron Breakker needs some big wins. He needs some wins over guys like Seth Rollins. So then, in six months or a year, when you’re doing WrestleMania, “Hey Seth, do you remember when I was inside of a steel cage, and I whipped your a**? You remember that? Remember when you were on the other side of the hill, and I whipped your a**?”
That’s what you need on these ones. I mean, plus, you talk about believable, Vince. Bron Breakker is as believable as they get when it comes to being a badass.” (1:13:28 – 1:14:22)
