Top WWE Raw Star Set For SmackDown Appearance
One of WWE Raw’s top stars is set to make an appearance at SmackDown on September 22nd.
Becky Lynch has solidified herself as one of WWE’s top stars, even winning double gold in the main event of WrestleMania 35 in 2019. However, it took until the September 12th episode of NXT for The Man to etch her name in the history books as a Grand Slam Champion.
On that occasion, Lynch took on Tiffany Stratton in the main event of NXT, defeating Stratton to capture the NXT Women’s Championship for the first time in her career. Lynch has proven a huge ratings boost for WWE’s developmental brand, and she’s also highlighted her newly-won championship by defending it on her home brand of Monday Night Raw.
When Will Becky Lynch Appear On WWE SmackDown?
Ahead of the September 22nd episode of SmackDown, Lynch announced on social media that she’ll be making appearances on not only upcoming episodes of Raw and NXT, but also at multiple live events throughout September and October. Interestingly, the upcoming episode of SmackDown is also on her list of upcoming appearances on her NXT Women’s Championship World Tour. Lynch is announced for the following dates:
- September 22nd – SmackDown in Glendale, AZ
- September 23rd – SuperShow in Palm Springs, CA
- September 24th – SuperShow in Fresno, CA
- September 25th – Raw in Ontario, CA
- September 30th – NXT No Mercy in Bakersfield, CA
- October 1st – SuperShow in Stateline, NV
- October 2nd – Raw in San Jose, CA
- October 3rd – NXT in Orlando, FL

There is currently no word on whether Lynch will appear on the SmackDown broadcast or whether she’ll take part in a dark match. The show is also set to feature an appearance from John Cena, who made his return to the sports entertainment giant amidst the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
