Tag Team Title Match Set For WWE Elimination Chamber

The WWE Tag Team Titles are on the line at Elimination Chamber after a top contender’s match took place on SmackDown.

Damian Priest and Finn Balor are two-time Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. Their first reign lasted only 35 days (five weeks), but their current reign has seen The Judgment Day duo hold the titles for over 100 days. Priest is also Senor Money in the Bank as the 2023 Money in the Bank Ladder Match winner.

On WWE SmackDown in Charlotte, there was a tag team match between Raw’s #DIY duo of Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa and Smackdown’s Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate. Both teams earned their spot by winning fatal four-way matches.

The two teams had a fast-paced, exciting, back-and-forth match with plenty of nearfalls for both guys. It ended with Dunne hitting the Bitter End slam to get the win for his team.

That victory by Dunne & Bate means they will get to challenge Priest & Balor for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles at the Elimination Chamber PLE in Perth, Australia on Saturday, February 24th.

WWE Elimination Chamber Updated Lineup

The WWE Elimination Chamber lineup is coming together for the show that takes place in two weeks time on February 24th. There are four official matches at this point and more matches may be added as well.

* Men’s Elimination Chamber Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton vs. four other opponents.

* Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax

* Women’s Elimination Chamber Match: Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. four other opponents.

* Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships: The Judgment Day – Damian Priest & Finn Balor vs. Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate

Elimination Chamber takes place at Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, at 5 AM ET/2 AM PT streaming LIVE on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else.
