Seth Rollins Subtly Referenced By AEW Star At Double Or Nothing 2026
A subtle reference to Seth Rollins was made by a top AEW Champion at the Double or Nothing 2026 pay-per-view. The star in question is Thekla.
Seth Rollins is one of the biggest names in pro wrestling today and a top star in the WWE as well. Although Seth has never been in AEW, he has been referenced there a number of times by his Shield brother, Jon Moxley, as Moxley uses Rollins’ finisher, Curb Stomp, in many of his matches.
Meanwhile, the AEW Women’s World Champion, Thekla has also made a reference to Rollins, apparently, during her latest match.
AEW star seemingly made a Seth Rollins reference at Double or Nothing
The AEW star Thekla was set to defend her Women’s World title match in a four-way match against Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, and Jamie Hayter. In the middle of a riveting encounter, Thekla surprised the fans by using the curb stomp on Statlander, which happens to be the finisher of Seth Rollins.
