Last week’s edition of AEW Dynamite brought plenty of fireworks, including Saraya giving an update on her health and her future in the squared circle.
During her promo, the former-Paige sparked up a ton of passion that led to her announcement that she is now 100% cleared to wrestle again, and that followed up with her challenging Britt Baker D.M.D. at All Elite Wrestling‘s upcoming Full Gear pay-per-view.
However, not everything went well for Saraya. While speaking on the microphone and being on a roll against Baker, she then flubbed up, talking about the Tokyo Dome and her wrestling there. The problem: She’s never wrestled at the Tokyo Dome.
Despite the botch, Saraya took to Twitter on Thursday in good spirits, clarifying what exactly she meant to say during her airtime on Dynamite.
“Btw I got the dome mixed up with Sumo Hall. Middle of my promo I was like f****k what a dummy. Either way the support has been amazing. Thank you so much.”

Saraya may have not ever wrestled in the Tokyo Dome, but she has squared off in the ring at the famous Sumo Hall in Japan, which is also known as Ryogoku Kokugikan, on three different occasions throughout her career. Each match would be under her other ring name of Paige while she was still signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
