Possible Spoiler On Sami Zayn’s Future After Losing Undisputed WWE Title To CM Punk

After Sami Zayn surprisingly lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to CM Punk, a potential spoiler regarding Zayn’s future has been provided.

After just nine days into his first-ever Undisputed WWE title reign, Sami Zayn was set for his first title defense against Cody Rhodes this past Monday on RAW. As Cody got attacked by Gunther backstage, CM Punk made his return on RAW in his hometown, Chicago, to replace Rhodes in the title match.

At the end of a great main event, CM Punk managed to win the Undisputed WWE Championship from Sami Zayn right after his return. Many fans on the internet voiced their displeasure towards Sami’s title reign lasting only nine days. Meanwhile, Sami’s future has been predicted following the anti-climactic end to his title reign.

Possible future plans for Sami Zayn after he lost the Undisputed title to CM Punk

The WWE Superstar, Nattie, recently addressed Sami Zayn’s Undisputed title loss to CM Punk while speaking on Busted Open Radio. Nattie believes Sami will be elevated as a massive babyface after his unfortunate title loss:

You might disagree with me, but I actually think that Sami is gonna come out of this as a massive, massive babyface. Remember when the fans were booing Sami when he was getting ready to wrestle Trick (Williams), and everybody was kinda turning on him? Well, as soon as our fans can turn on someone, they can get behind someone.”

People feel like Sami was screwed. That he didn’t have the title for what… Ten days? I don’t know, It feels like it could spark something really, really cool for Sami,” Nattie claimed.

Nattie further spoke about how fans want to watch Punk despite loving or hating him:

If I could be brutally honest, what I like about CM Punk is that some people love him, some people hate him, but whatever it is about him, you want to watch him.”

Nattie also revealed that Punk’s heel version when he was with Paul Heyman is her favorite, and she would like to see Sami Zayn feuding with the Second City Saint’s heel version:

My favorite version of him is when he was a heel. I loved CM Punk as a heel with Paul Heyman. What I would personally love to see is heel CM Punk and Sami Zayn fighting and scratching and clawing his way back to what he lost.” [H/T WrestleTalk]
