Juice Robinson has officially signed with AEW and he’s already getting a shot at one of the Ring of Honor titles.

During the AEW Rampage broadcast on December 2nd, it was mentioned by AEW’s lead announcer Excalibur that Juice Robinson had signed a deal with All Elite Wrestling. As of this writing, AEW has not posted one of their customary “Juice Robinson Is All Elite” graphics on social media.

Rampage also featured a promo from Juice Robinson issuing a challenge for ROH Final Battle on Saturday, December 10th. Juice challenged the Ring of Honor TV Champion Samoa Joe by saying that while Joe is the king of TV now…kings get dethroned. The reason Joe was called the “king of TV” is that he’s also the AEW TNT Champion, which means he owns two versions of TV titles under the AEW/ROH banner.

The 33-year-old Robinson became known on a national level when he worked for WWE as CJ Parker. After requesting his release from WWE in 2015, he went on to New Japan Pro Wrestling and had a lot of success there.

During his run in NJPW, Robinson won the IWGP US Heavyweight Championship three times and he was also an IWGP US Tag Team Champion with David Finlay (collectively known as FinJuice). He also held the Impact World Tag Team Titles with David Finlay there as well.

Robinson wrestled once in AEW when he lost to Jon Moxley on the September 28th edition of AEW Dynamite. Robinson impressed a lot of people with his performance in that match, so it’s not a surprise that he has landed a contract in AEW.

Juice Robinson is married to former AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm.
