Je’Von Evans had a great run in WWE NXT, but he never held the brand’s main championship.

One of the most exciting young stars in WWE is a 21-year-old Je’Von Evans, who officially debuted on the Raw brand on the first Raw of 2026.

During his NXT run, Je’Von Evans feuded with the brand’s biggest stars like Oba Femi, Trick Williams, and Ethan Page. While Evans picked up many big wins in his NXT days, he doesn’t have the NXT Championship on his resume because he failed to win it on multiple occasions.

While speaking to Adrian Hernandez on Unlikely, Je’Von Evans discussed not winning the NXT Title and said it doesn’t really bother him.

“I wouldn’t say like it matters to me. I feel like that’s just something that I could have accomplished and I think it would have helped me have like a little — not like a crunch or anything — but accomplishment, you know what I mean? Like an achievement under my belt. Especially leading and going into main roster.

But I feel like at the same time like now it only means that like my first WWE title is going to be a main roster title, you know? So at the end of the day, bro, like I’m just ready for whatever, bro.”

Je’Von Evans Focused On WWE Main Roster Titles

Since joining the WWE Raw brand, Evans has mentioned the Intercontinental Title as something he hopes to win. Evans also mentioned other titles.

“You know, I didn’t get the NXT Championship, but it’s okay. All right, ’cause now I’m either going to get IC Championship, the US Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, WWE Championship, tag team champion. It don’t matter. You feel me?” (H/T Ringsidenews)

Regarding Evans’ future, it has been reported that WWE is considering putting Evans in a multi-man match for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 42, but it is not confirmed yet.
