Jeff Jarrett Touted To Make “Immediate Impact” In AEW

Jeff Jarrett AEW

With Jeff Jarrett now working for AEW both on screen and behind the scenes, there are those who expect him to make an impact very quickly.

It was on the 2nd November edition of AEW Dynamite when Darby Allin was expected Sting to head to the ring when The Icon’s music hit. Instead he was nailed with a guitar by the man who revealed himself to be Jeff Jarrett.

As well as being brought in to team with Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal and Satnam Singh, it was also quickly confirmed that The Last Outlaw has joined the company as Director of Business Development.

Between his family history and time with IMPACT Wrestling amongst others, Jeff Jarrett can easily be seen to have plenty of experience in the role.

One man who believes that the impact will be swift is Dustin Rhodes. In a discussion on Sports Guys Talk Wrestling, Rhodes explained the credentials which can make Jarrett valuable to AEW.

It’s going to be great. He has quite an extensive background for stuff like this, for the live events, for international, and distribution, and things of that nature. He’s been behind the camera and in the truck, and as a director running the shows with TNA… I think he’s going to make an immediate impact.

Jeff Jarrett will make his in-ring AEW debut when he teams with Jay Lethal at Full Gear this Saturday, taking on the team of Darby Allin and Sting. Meanwhile, Dustin Rhodes recently weighed in on who he thinks will win the Full Gear main event between Jon Moxley and MJF.
