Jade Cargill’s Exit Confirmed By AEW

Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill is no longer All Elite.

Jade Cargill’s time in AEW looked to be over following her apparent final match in the company on the 15th of September edition of Rampage where she failed to dethrone Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship. Reports emerged that Cargill’s time in the company was ending and that she looked destined to join WWE.

Reports then emerged which suggested Cargill had not yet signed a deal with WWE but was believed to be heading to the Performance Center in Orlando as soon as this week. Creative plans are being put in place for Cargill in WWE and now AEW has confirmed she is no longer with the company as the first TBS Champion has been removed from AEW’s roster page on the company’s website.

Jade Cargill signals a new era for WWE

The unofficial hiring freeze in place in WWE due to the takeover by Endeavor has ended and Nia Jax has already returned to the company. It is an exciting time for the sports entertainment giant as it is now merged with UFC under the TKO Group’s umbrella, potentially meaning even greater exposure for WWE Superstars which could include Jade Cargill in the near future.

Some may find this recent development surprising given that Cargill recently was quoted as saying that there was “no other place I would want to be” in relation to her wrestling career as she heaped praise on AEW boss Tony Khan.
