A new report has emerged about Jacob Fatu’s future in WWE.

Jacob Fatu returned to WWE TV in January when he interfered in a Three Stages of Hell match between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre for the WWE Title and inadvertently cost Rhodes the title on that night.

After feuding with McIntyre leading into an Unsanctioned match between the two at WrestleMania 42, Fatu emerged victorious at the show of shows and the following night on Raw, challenged Roman Reigns for his World Heavyweight Championship.

The feud that followed was nothing short of intense, with Fatu getting the upper hand over Reigns, repeatedly choking him out with his deadly Tongan Death Grip and laying waste to other Bloodline members like the Usos on Raw and Solo Sikoa and the MFTs on SmackDown along the way.

Although Roman Reigns vs Jacob Fatu at Backlash for the World Title ended with Reigns retaining the belt, an unhinged Fatu brutalised Reigns after their bout, once again putting the Tongan Death Grip on him. He even attacked the officials who tried to stop him and threw Raw general manager Adam Pearce out of the ring.

Post Backlash, The OTC, in a short interview with Kathy Kelly, said that Fatu had no place in WWE and had to go. The following week on Raw, Adam Pearce was thinking of firing The Samoan Werewolf for his uncontrolled actions as well. However, eventually, it was Reigns who said that he wouldn’t let Fatu leave until he “acknowledges” him, saying that he brought his cousin into the company and will make sure he leaves as per his wish.

This sparked speculation about Fatu’s WWE future, with many fans thinking he was done with the wrestling juggernaut.

Sean Ross Sapp Of Fightful Clears Up The Rumour That Jacob Fatu Is Leaving WWE

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful dismissed the rumour, saying Fatu is here to stay.

With the Clash in Italy PLE only a couple of weeks away, and with Reigns and Fatu’s feud reaching new heights each week, it looks like the Samoan Werewolf is here to stay.

Fatu also attacked the Usos, who were trying to stop him from beating down his cousin, Roman Reigns, yet again, and now it’s evident that the former Tag Team Champions will firmly be on Reigns’s side for his next clash with the Samoan Werewolf if it is to happen at Clash in Italy.

Jacob Fatu has said that he wants to win the World Title so that he can provide a better life for his family, and it looks like he would stop at nothing to put Reigns away and grab the gold.
