Brock Lesnar pushed plenty of barriers after joining WWE in 2002.

His ruthlessness toward his opponents was probably one characteristic that stood out, even earning him the spot to dismantle The Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania XXX over a decade later.

Now, aged 48, he has found himself in an uncharted territory after being laid out by a 27-year-old budding superstar in Oba Femi.

Earlier in the week, Lesnar hoped to confront Seth Rollins for taking out his advocate, Paul Heyman, a couple of weeks ago. While The Beast Incarnate steamrolled through several of Rollins’ hoodied allies, he wasn’t prepared for what came next.

Before he could put his hands on The Visionary, the lights went out, and Oba Femi’s music hit. Brock Lesnar looked panicky, having felt Femi’s power at the Royal Rumble a couple of months earlier.

Lesnar’s momentary distraction led to him being lifted high and dropped on his back, as The Ruler hit his Fall From Grace finisher to a loud cheer from the audience in the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas.

WWE Hall Of Famer Pitches For Brock Lesnar To Lose At WrestleMania

Since late last year, there have been talks in the wrestling industry about Brock Lesnar retiring at the 2026 SummerSlam, although it has not been officially confirmed.

There is no question that his match against Oba Femi at WrestleMania is a high-stakes one for both of them, as Lesnar hopes to maintain his dominant form, whereas Femi looks to set up his legacy.

Elsewhere, reports from media outlets have claimed that Lesnar and Paul Heyman have told WWE writers that he should not lose until his retirement, which puts the company in a predicament.

Hall of Famer Rikishi discussed Oba Femi’s aura while speaking on his Off the Top podcast, pitching for The Beast to put over Femi at WrestleMania.

Well, you know, I’d have to go with Oba. The last time I heard people yell, ‘Oba, Oba, ‘ it almost kind of sound [sic] like Goldberg. So, what did that tell you? What does that tell you? We’re looking at a star here in the making, man. This guy [is] here to set him off, to set on the right track.

WWE, don’t kill this man right off the bat. Let him get his opportunity. Let him stand for his people that [sic] looks like him. Let him have that run. And so I say my prediction. Oh, uh, there it is. Brock Lesnar down. [H/T: Sportskeeda]
