“He’s Hot!” – Ex-WWE Diva Had Real Feelings For CM Punk
A former WWE Diva has admitted that she legitimately wanted to date CM Punk.
CM Punk had several real-life romances during his first stint in WWE. The Second City Saint’s dating list included Maria Kanellis, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, and Lita.
The current World Heavyweight Champion then entered a romantic relationship with AJ Lee. The WWE power couple has now been married for almost 12 years.
Another Ex-WWE Diva Had A Massive Crush On CM Punk
Speaking on her Too Much Information podcast, former WWE Diva Shelly Martinez (fka Ariel) confessed that she had a huge crush on CM Punk.
The 45-year-old detailed what attracted her to The Second City Saint and why nothing ever happened between them. She also pointed out that she was aware of the current World Heavyweight Champion’s reputation backstage.
So, going back to Punk. I was in my Punk era of I know I can never be with him, but I can always have a crush on him. [He had quite the reputation getting around to some of the divas there.] I know. I know. Chick magnet Punk.
So, here’s the thing. Aesthetically, he was my type. One of my types. And then he had this, he’s infamously known for it now. He was then like a straight shooter. Kinda of rolls his eyes at certain things. Like, I thought he was so freaking cool. I thought he was so cool. And I was just like, ‘Dude, he’s hot. He’s himself. He doesn’t give a sh*t. He’ll tell you to your face.’ And I just didn’t know many dudes like that. And I was just so, I was like, ‘Oh my gosh.’
And then anytime there was there was like these little moments that maybe could have transpired to something, there was always something that happened. And, like, it just, you know, whether it was, oh, now, like, Maria is going after him and then they became like a full-on couple and, like just different things.
