Fan Who Kissed Andrade At AEW Grand Slam Australia Identified

AEW seems to have added a schtick to Andrade El Idolo’s gimmick.

In a couple of his latest matches, he is seen moving outside the ring to interact with female fans, where he speaks to them before clicking a selfie on their phone.

The first instance occurred during his match against Magnus on the January 24 taping of Collision, when a woman sitting by the ringside asked if she could get a picture with the Mexican star. It was later revealed that the female was an independent wrestler called Sofia Sivan.

A similar incident transpired when El Idolo faced Swerve Strickland on Dynamite on January 28.

At Grand Slam Australia on February 14, Andrade faced ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, with the winner challenging for the AEW World Championship at Revolution on March 15.

The 36-year-old brought the action outside again and interacted with a female fan. While he was clicking the picture, she gave him a peck on the cheek, resulting in a shocked reaction from El Idolo.

Female Fan Who Kissed Andrade Is An Independent Wrestler

Like other major wrestling promotions, AEW, too, is looking to add new talent to its roster.

After inviting Sofia Sivan to a show in January, they invited another independent wrestler to Grand Slam Australia.

According to a report by Fightful Select, the woman who kissed Andrade El Idolo is Aysha, an Australian wrestler.

Cagematch reports that Aysha is 26 years old and she was trained at Flatbacks Wrestling School.

Her latest match was against The IInspiration duo of Cassie Lee & Jessie McCay, who recently announced that they were ‘All Elite’ after leaving TNA.

The former WWE star made their first appearance for AEW at House Rules Australia in Queensland on February 15.
